Terms of use

These terms apply to n8n – Armin Personal Gmail Automation, a personal automation setup operated by Armin Seyfi.

Who may use it

Use is limited to the operator and personally authorised family members. Connecting an account authorises the configured Gmail and Calendar operations. This is not a public service and no paid subscription is offered.

Configured actions

Workflows can send approved correspondence, read relevant incoming messages, produce summaries and translations, create or update calendar entries and deliver notifications. Certain configured follow-up emails and calendar actions can run automatically. Users should understand and agree to these settings before connecting an account.

Review and limitations

Automated summaries, translations, extracted dates and reminders can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the original correspondence when information is unclear or consequential. Delivery, processing and reminders depend on the server, account permissions and external services and are not guaranteed. The assistant is not a medical service or an emergency communication channel.

Privacy and stopping use

Data handling is described in the privacy policy. You can stop account access through Google Account connections and request removal of stored operational data by contacting arminseyfi@gmail.com. Existing sent emails, calendar entries, messages and backups require separate handling.
