n8n – Armin Personal Gmail Automation

A private, self-hosted assistant for the operator and personally authorised family members. It helps manage childcare correspondence, family appointments and related reminders.

What the assistant does

• Reads relevant incoming Gmail messages from configured childcare and healthcare contacts and produces summaries or translations.
• Processes relevant attachments and linked information where supported.
• Sends family-approved absence or appointment-request emails. A configured appointment follow-up can be sent automatically.
• Creates and updates relevant Google Calendar events and delivers notifications through a private Telegram group.

Google account access

Gmail access is used to read relevant correspondence and send the configured messages. Calendar access is used for family events and reminders. Access requires the account holder’s Google authorisation. This is a personal setup, not a public registration service.

The automation uses n8n hosted on a private server. This setup is independently operated and is not an official Google or n8n product.
