Privacy policy

This policy describes Google user data handled by n8n – Armin Personal Gmail Automation, operated by Armin Seyfi for personal family use.

Data accessed and purpose

The assistant can access authorised Gmail account information, relevant message headers and bodies, attachments and email threads. It can send configured correspondence. It can also access calendar and event information and create or update family events. Correspondence may contain family or health information. These data are used for summaries, translations, correspondence, scheduling, reminders and duplicate prevention.

Processing and sharing

Workflows run on the operator’s private server hosted by IONOS. Selected email text, attachments, images and linked material may be transmitted to the OpenAI API for summarisation, translation or information extraction. Summaries and selected content may be sent to Telegram for the authorised family group. Events are stored in the configured Google Calendar. Outgoing emails are delivered to the intended recipients, including configured copy recipients. Google, IONOS, OpenAI and Telegram process relevant data under their respective service terms and privacy policies. Data may be processed outside the user’s country.

Use restrictions

Google user data are used only to provide these authorised functions. This automation does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Account tokens, workflow configuration and operational records are stored within the private server setup. Backups support recovery. Some processed incoming-email records are configured for cleanup after approximately 90 days. Original emails, calendar events, Telegram messages, other operational records and backup copies may remain until separately removed; revoking Google access does not delete these existing copies. Third-party services may retain data according to their own policies.

Account controls and deletion

You can revoke access through Google Account connections. Contact arminseyfi@gmail.com to request removal of an account connection or deletion of locally stored records and relevant backups. Removal from Google, Telegram or other services may require separate action. Revocation stops future authorised access once it takes effect.

Public information pages

These information pages do not display private email content, calendar entries or family medical details and do not run analytics or tracking scripts. Standard hosting and web-server logs may record technical request data such as IP address, requested path and time.
